Frequently Asked Questions.

Answers about advertising, listings, and the community.

What is Trxckwrld_?

One of North America's largest trucking communities. It started as a Facebook group and grew into home base for the people who move this country: drivers, owner operators, fleets, and the businesses that serve them. Road stories, industry news, real talk, and drivers helping drivers, day and night. This website is the business front door, where advertising, marketplace listings, and partnerships live. Our tagline is the name for all of it: Connect, Chat, & Trucking. Connect with people across the industry. Chat in real time, day and night. Trucking is the life everyone here shares.

What is Trxckwrld+?

This is our voice and video chat server, where truckers talk in real time, hang out, support each other, and make connections that go deeper than a comment thread. They play games. They crack jokes. They plan trips. And they keep each other alert on those long runs that can feel lonely. One thing to know before you join: this is not an advertising channel, and companies are not allowed to promote or advertise in there. If you join to spam the server, you will be suspended right away, or banned from the chat rooms. Join Trxckwrld+ on Discord

What makes Trxckwrld_ different from other trucking platforms?

More than a page or a website. The ecosystem connects the community, industry news, businesses, creators, and resources in one network, so drivers, carriers, and the companies that serve them all meet in the same place.

Who is Trxckwrld_ for?

Anyone who lives the trucking life or serves the people who do. Drivers and owner operators. Fleet owners, dispatchers, brokers, shippers, and carriers. And the businesses that keep trucks moving, from parking and parts to factoring, insurance, and repair. New drivers are welcome too. This is where they learn the ropes from people who run them.

How do I join the community?

Joining is free, and it is not just one group. Trxckwrld_ lives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. Follow us on any of them and you are part of the community. Being part of it is the engagement itself: comment, share, react, and support the people next to you. That is all it takes. Businesses pay for advertising, listings, and partnerships. Belonging costs nothing.

Is Trxckwrld_ a trucking company?

No. We are a community, not a carrier. We do not haul freight and we do not hire drivers. The companies advertising in the group and listed in the marketplace hire for their own operations.

Who is Tedi?

Tedi is the Trxck Bear, the official mascot of Trxckwrld_, and the baddest bear in trucking. Young, hip, and hardcore, with an old-school code and a new-school reach. Red Trxckwrld_ hat, plaid, denim, gold chain. He does not chase freight or clout. Both find him. Neither keeps up for long.

What are the community rules?

The short version. Keep it trucking-related. Respect the drivers, no bullying and no hate. No politics. No spam or self-promotion unless you are an approved advertiser. Trucks and trailers for sale need a price, a location, and mileage. The full rules live in the group.

Why was my post declined or removed?

Posts are declined or removed when they break the community rules, break Facebook's own policies, or get caught by Facebook's automated moderation. A declined post does not mean you are personally restricted. Facebook also enforces its own policies on top of our rules, and those decisions are Facebook's, not ours.

Do I have to pay to post, or to get my content featured?

No. Members and creators share trucking content in the community for free, as long as it follows the rules, and posting your work in the community is how it gets seen. There is no separate feature program. Paying starts when a business wants to promote a product, a service, or a company. That is advertising, and dedicated promotion is handled as a partnership, starting on the Partners page.

Does Trxckwrld_ organize driver giveaways?

Yes. We run driver appreciation activities year-round: cash gifts, gift cards, merchandise, meals, and surprises for drivers on the road. Watch the community for announcements, because each activity has its own details and eligibility. Giveaways are limited activities, not a guaranteed benefit of membership.

Is Tedi a real trucker?

Drivers have reported Tedi sightings at truck stops in forty states, sometimes in two states on the same night. Tedi has no comment. Legends rarely do.

Why do you give back to truck drivers?

Because the people keeping freight moving deserve recognition and support. Appreciation is part of who we are, not a promotion.

Can my company partner with Trxckwrld_ on a driver appreciation activity?

Yes. Businesses partner with us on appreciation activities and giveaways. Start on the Partners page or through the Contact page and tell us what you have in mind. For partnerships beyond appreciation activities, the Partners page covers how partnerships work.

Can you publish my community ad for me, and where will it show up?

No. You create your own ad and put it in the group, and we publish it once you tell us it is ready. Publishing it yourself is better for you long-term because you connect directly with potential customers and own that relationship. The only content we publish ourselves is for partners and custom-built promotions. Your ad runs in the trxckwrld.com Facebook group. Every plan puts your ad directly in the community feed and timeline, where members see it and respond. This website is where you buy the access. The group is where your ad runs.

What happens after I pay for my community ads?

Pay for your plan on the Advertise page. Create your ad post in the Facebook group: your content, your offer, your timing. Then email us and tell us your post is pending. We find it, review it, and publish it to the community.

What happens if I do not tell you my ad is pending?

Tell us the moment you post it. We work through the pending posts every day, and an ad nobody told us about looks like any other unpaid promotion, so it will most likely be declined. That is nothing personal, it is just an unmarked ad in a very big queue. If it happens, post it again and tell us it is pending right away, and we approve it during business hours. Telling us is how we know the ad is yours and paid for.

What happens if I edit my ad after it is live?

Facebook sends an edited post back to us for review, so your ad leaves the timeline until we approve it again. It is the same ad, so it does not use another ad from your plan. Just tell us the same way you did the first time. Your email thread is fastest, and we will approve it again during business hours. Save yourself the round trip: check your ad carefully before you post it, because once it is live and earning, an edit takes it offline until we can put it back.

What is the difference between advertising in the community and a marketplace listing?

They are two different products. A community ad runs in the Facebook group feed: active advertising, in front of members while it runs, and you talk to them directly. A marketplace listing is your company profile in the directory on this website: passive advertising, parked and findable around the clock by people looking for what you sell. One puts you in the feed. The other holds a spot in the directory.

Can I combine my listing with community advertising?

Yes. Growth+ pairs your listing with the Growth plan for $200 a month, and Premium+ pairs it with the Premium plan for $300 a month. One subscription, one monthly charge, and you are in the system at both speeds: parked in the directory and posting in the feed.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. The $50 Starter is the closest thing to one: one real ad in front of the full community, and it never expires. Payment is also what keeps fake pages and scams out of the group, so every advertiser pays.

How many people will see my ad?

The ad runs in the trxckwrld.com Facebook group, one of the largest trucking communities anywhere: 850K+ members, and the community has passed 1 Billion+ lifetime views across platforms. How many members stop, react, and buy depends on your offer and how consistently you show up. That is why the plans are built on rhythm, not a single post.

How do I know my ad is working?

Your results are public and live. Reactions, comments, and messages land on your post in the open, and members respond to you directly, so your reporting is the post itself. We sell visibility. We do not run a separate reporting dashboard.

Can I include a link in my ad?

Yes. Your website, booking page, or application link belongs in your ad. It has to match the offer in the post. Links that hide where they go, like disguised short links, are not allowed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Start where you are comfortable and move when you are ready. Message us through the contact form and we will set the change for your next billing cycle. A marketplace listing can be added anytime, on its own or through Growth+ and Premium+.

What is the marketplace?

Our directory of companies serving the trucking industry: truck parking, repair, insurance, factoring, load boards, trucking technology, recruiting, parts, fuel, and more. Every profile carries the company's offers and promo codes when they have them. A listed company does not have to be a trucking company. Its offer has to serve truckers.

What is Tedi's favorite truck?

A long nose Peterbilt 379, red, chrome polished by hand. Tedi does not drive trucks with touchscreens where the gauges belong. A truck should have dials, a hood you can see the end of, and a horn that means it.

What can I advertise, and what rules does my ad have to follow?

Any trucking-related product or service that helps our community: carriers, driver recruiting, CDL schools, factoring, insurance, fuel programs, repair shops. All ads need approval first. Your ad runs in the trxckwrld.com Facebook group, so the community rules apply. The short version: trucking-related only. No clickbait. No disguised promotions. No engagement farming. No spam or scams. No low-quality or QR code content. No politics or religion. Breaking the rules can get your ad removed and your access suspended. The full rules live in the group. Read them before you publish.

Can businesses outside trucking advertise?

Your business does not have to be a trucking company. Your offer has to serve truckers. If it does not serve this community, it does not run here.

Can I advertise a job opening?

Yes. A recruiting post is advertising like any other ad. Pick a plan on the Advertise page, create your post in the group, and tell us it is pending. We review it and publish it.

Does advertising guarantee customers or sales?

No. Advertising buys visibility in front of the community. What it returns depends on your offer and how you work it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, in one step: open your subscription page or reply to any email from us. Your plan runs to the end of the current month, and your banked ads stay good for 30 days after that. The same customer portal manages a marketplace listing subscription too. The current month is not refunded.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, so please only pay when you are sure.

Here is how it works. Once your post or listing has been published, your plan has been delivered, and the payment is final, whether you use the rest of the plan or not. Cancelling is always easy, and it stops the next renewal, but it does not undo a plan that has already been delivered.

We provide the audience and the placement. You provide the content. We are not your content creator, your marketing team, or your strategist, and how the community responds to your content is never something we can promise. If your content does not connect, that is not a failure of the placement. Being unhappy with your own results, or changing your mind after you have posted, is not grounds for a refund.

If you are unsure about anything, take your time and ask us before you pay. We would rather answer ten questions up front than have anyone pay for something they are not sure about.

What if I do not use all my ads?

Your ads are yours. If you skip a week or a month, unused ads roll over while your plan is active, ready whenever you are. If your plan ends, banked ads stay good for 30 more days, and a Starter ad never expires. If your plan goes unused for 90 days and we cannot reach you, we will cancel it so the charges stop. You create your content and your offer, and you tell us when an ad is ready. We publish it. The schedule is yours to run.

How long does my ad stay up?

Your ad stays up as long as your profile is in good standing and the ad does not violate any policies. We do not remove ads ourselves unless they break our community guidelines or are reported for unfair offers. Keep in mind Facebook owns the platform, so they can remove any ad that breaks their rules.

What if something goes wrong with my ad?

We remove unauthorized ads to protect members from spam. If yours was rejected in error, send us a screenshot and a brief explanation and we will review it. Facebook owns the platform, so some removals are out of our control, and an ad that breaks Facebook's rules or our community guidelines can be taken down without warning. If that happens, or you need to edit your ad or have any other issue, reach out through our contact form and we will help you sort it out.

What does Tedi say the most?

Keep the shiny side up. It is how he says goodbye, good luck, and I love you, all in one sentence. If Tedi tells you that, you are his people.

How fast will my marketplace listing be published?

The same day. Pay the $50 a month subscription, submit the listing application, and we review it and put your company in the directory the same day. Review takes 1–2 business days once your payment is confirmed and your application is complete. Your listing stays live while your subscription is active.

What does my listing include?

A full company profile in the directory: your logo, your description, your offers and promo codes when you have them, and a link to your website. It stays live around the clock while your subscription is active.

What happens if I am declined after making a payment?

If your company does not serve the trucking community, we will decline the application and refund your payment in full. You never pay for a listing that never ran. If you are unsure whether your business qualifies, reach out to us through the contact form before you apply, and we will tell you straight. It is faster for both of us than applying and being declined.

How do I update my listing?

Send us a message through our contact form and we will help you update it.

Is there a contract?

No. The listing is month to month. There is nothing to sign and no commitment to make. Keep it as long as it earns its place, and cancel anytime.

Are listed businesses owned by Trxckwrld_, and do you guarantee their services?

No on both counts. Companies in the marketplace are independent businesses offering their own products and services, and a listing is advertising, not ownership or an endorsement. Review each company's terms, qualifications, pricing, and policies before you buy, the same as anywhere else.

Can I find discounts and special offers?

Yes. Partners post their offers and promo codes right on their marketplace profiles, and community offers run in the group. Offers can change or expire. And keep your eyes open while you are here. Tedi leaves promo codes lying around this website, and they save you real money on advertising and merch. He will not say where. Half the fun is finding them.

What is a four wheeler?

Any regular car or pickup. Four wheelers are the main characters of every close call story ever told in this community, and none of them know it.

What is a lot lizard?

Truck stop slang for the folks who knock on cab doors at night looking for company. Every driver knows the knock. Every driver also knows the answer.

Anything else I should know?

That covers the big stuff. Anything we missed, the Contact page reaches us directly.

One last thing.

One last thing. You made it past every question and the fake ending. That's more than most of us do with a rate confirmation. Tedi left a riddle (he's a bear, go easy on him): Long nose and red, chrome polished by hand, no screen where the gauges belong. Solve it in one word. The pieces are up the page. Go build the word.
