Weigh Station Bypass and Toll Management

PrePass is how trucks bypass weigh stations legally, without pulling off the highway. A transponder in the cab or the PrePass Mobile App signals the station ahead, the carrier’s safety and credential record gets checked in seconds, and a green light means keep rolling. Their materials put the saving at up to 7 minutes for every bypass, and bypasses add up fast across a month of running.

PrePass is operated by the PrePass Safety Alliance, a nonprofit public private partnership that works directly with state agencies. It has run since 1993, more than 100,000 fleets and 800,000 vehicles use it, and it is endorsed by the ATA and OOIDA. PrePass Plus adds nationwide toll management on the same device, including the E-ZPass networks, with one consolidated invoice and GPS toll verification that checks every toll charge against where the truck actually drove. The INFORM platform gives fleets a clear view of their safety scores on top of it.
